My story
Born and raised in Lebanon, Beirut, have a passion for food and have been in the restaurant industry for many years, starting in my teen years I’ve been working in restaurants in Beirut. I’ve gained a lot of skills and experience in the food industry and during my years in Beirut working as a waiter I was noticed by a restaurant owner that owns a restaurant business in Liberia and recruited me to go with him and work for him. I took on the opportunity and worked there for 5 years as a restaurant manager and succeeded, I managed a full team such as chefs, waiters, hostess the whole restaurant. Left when I got married in 2006. Started my journey in Calgary Alberta in the year of 2008 and have always wanted to pursue the restaurant industry but it was hard when I arrived as I had to start from scratch so worked as a form setter as a construction worker, alwayshad the idea of opening up my own restaurant. Now looking to open my own business with freshly made to order authentic meals and introduce homemade dishes.
Arabi Shawarma Grill is a family owned and operated small Restaurant business located at 31 midpark way se. we strive in satisfying customer needs and expectations. We offer the unique taste of food that's a direct result of fresh authentic Mediterranean cuisines.
